I just recently purchased an eVic and I love it. I am vaping Monkey Beach by vaping Monkey, 18mg. It tastes like it is burning the carto or maybe the liquid is bad. So i went and bought a fresh pack of cartos and a new bottle. What am I doing wrong? I have tried the two ways of filling up the carto (dripping it in and blowing, dripping it in and blowing again... and also using the little plastic covers to squeeze it in). What should I do?

What ohms are the cartos? Maybe try turning the voltage down.

hmm eVic got variable wattage so if he is in VW mode the ohms should be no problem. So you bought new cartos and new liquid. Cartos should be out of the equasion then. I don't know the liquid you use so maybe the burnish taste is part of it. You tried the liquid with something else than the cartos?

Yes, the liquid isnt the problem either.. I have tried using the drip and it tastes perfect.

ok so the liquid is fine you say. Then the cartos can be the only faulty part, either they are not that good or you got unlucky with your carto pack (had totally crappy 5 piece box once, none was good in ohms or taste) or there is something wrong with you filling technique. Try the shaking that Vapoor eyes er suggested and make sure that they are filled completely and let them rest for some time before vaping them

what volts/watts are you using? like snickers said, try with going low on them in the beginning

I had the same taste when I'm vaping Liqua Energy Drink taste.. After I shift to other taste without clean or change the wick, the burning taste disappear. is this because of incorrect voltage or the flavor it self?

he said he tried the liquid in sth else and it was ok, so this leaves only the carto then. Like said before can be a wrong filling technique or going with too hight volts from the start or what came up my mind after reading a thread about vg/pg blends before, it can be a carto unfriendly vg/pg composition
