I found a personal fan that takes two AA battery's took the fan off then removed the motor drilled the fan motor hole out to fit a 510 battery connection. this is what I ended up with.


I just noticed I sent the ones before completion here are the completed

Has to be wired; just can't see through the plastic. I'm wondering how the 510 connection is reinforced to prevent cracking

I don't see any wires to the atty or switch.

Are you really using this with 2 standard AA batts @ 3V?

That's cool, I did one last year too! The battery door wasn't too sturdy on mine.

Maybe it just rotate the atomizer like a fan does to dry the atomizer after cleaning lol

I see plenty of wires inside that case bet a parallel pair of 14500 cells would last twice as long.

Even though this has been done before, what I see is a case of

Having a good eye for modability.

Keep it up. Everything has mod potential.

I made a mod out of the same dollar store fan earlier this year(1st mod i ever made).Instead of 2 14500 batts, I used 1 battery and use the other side for a juice bottle and made it a top feeder.Worked well but wasnt impressed with the durability of the plastic. It just wasnt sturdy enough and busted into peaces after the first time I dropped it.2 AA battery box's are alot more durable and cost the same price. Fun mod tho....I know I miss mine....lol.
