Are you also switching flavors throughout the day? You can get burnt out on a flavor and not taste/smell if after a while, especially if it's strong. Think about when you've cooked with garlic, leave the house, then come back and it's like whoooo!
Ok...I just reread your op and you're saying that the ones that taste like crap to you the next day taste fine...sorry, I missed that the first time. If that's the case then too much flavoring likely isn't your problem.
I have at least 2 flavors (2 pvs and multiple cartos with different flavors...sometimes even different nic concentrations) sitting in front of me at all times. Usually a sweet desert type flavor...something rich, and a lighter fruit/citrus or cola flavor...something light, and I switch off between them. I've always done this because frankly I can't think of a single flavor that I want to taste all day long, everyday.
Isn't it cool that we went from burning tobacco leaves to even having the option of the vast array of flavors?!Try skipping around..??
i have a routine, in the morning its coffee or something with hazelnut, after lunch bakery or sweet fruit, and after dinner popcorn time!
Up until a month ago, I was still going through periods of not tasting my juice. I feel like it's finally starting to level out.
What I've been doing that seems to be working for the time being, is
using stronger flavors in the morning hours, then switching to lighter
mixes in the afternoon/evenings. But I have dropped my percentages
a lot since posting. I was mixing all of my fruit flavors anywhere from
30% up to 40% and above, and it worked great... for awhile.
I have the same problem with wacky taste buds even after 2 years. Figure it's just something I have to live with for smoking 40 years and causing irreversible damage. Sometimes I can use a mouth rinse with mint and that will restore them for awhile. Eating also helps, seems to bring them back to life. If I vape something with mint as soon as the flavor drops that keeps it from getting too bad. If I didn't switch off with several different flavors throughout the day it would be much worse. Vaping a fruit then when that starts to taste blah I switch to a chocolate and when that starts to taste blah I switch to vanilla and so on. If I have a heavy vape day it's harder to restore them and usually have to just wait until morning. Don't give up just customize your vaping habits to work around this dysfunction.![]()
... I envy the people who have found their perfect all-day vape![]()
