While I have read alot of reviews on these clearomizers and have to agree with most of the statements, but once you get theses things working and working correctly they are GREAT!! My first one I tried from DV was flawless in every way but the second I had alot of problems with, I found out through trial and error that the silicone cup was squashing the wicks so I made the cut out on the sides just a little bit larger and just a tad taller, Then you have to make sure you do not try to fill them up while attaced to the battery, because this causes the innards to twist and may cause the ground wire to break(been there done that) and also causes the silicone cup to twist and choke the wicks. I have used the same setup for 20 days and I take it apart about once a week take the silicone cup off and do a dry burn, then add 3 drops of juice directly to the coil, put back together and fill, Takes all of about 5 min from start to finish and they perform just like new. Depending on your juice of choice you may have to do a cleaning more often as I only vape unflavored juice. I hope this may help somebody who is having troubles with them or is on the fence thinking about getting some. And these thing are indestructible as I have dropped it several times and they have not broken or fell apart like the CE4+ tanks

I have come up with about the same results as you have Britches. The cutouts make a tremendous difference! I haven't tried the dry burn as mine are still going strong. My first one burned a coil which I didn't allow for the juice to saturate the wick long enough before hitting the button. I also broke the ground wire(black one) which I soldered back to the connection. I've got 5 more repair coils that I got from Eric, but may not have to use right away. Yea!! My last issue I had with one of mine was that the drip tip base came completely loose from the tube. One of these days I'll get the super glue out and attach it back on. I have back ups so no rush!
