Hello everyone
Here is my experience with E-Cig.com
I ordered on July 18, 2008 e-cigarillo, atomizer e-cigar and various objects
So far, I have still not been delivered in France
On the website, it is indicated because of the Olympics, batteries and liquids are not allowed to be transported by air
My mails remained unanswered
I was able to contact them by live chat and whenever the same stereotypical response: delivery will be leaving this week :rolleyes:
Note that I am not an isolated case
The first contact, they can ensure that ship goods from the U.S.
But since then, the answer is that they have had problems and they will send the package from China
I can understand some disadvantages but I hate to be considered as an idiot :mad:
The Olympic Games are finished and everyone can think that it will arrange
But it's probably not counting the 2008 Paralympic Games to be held in Beijing from September 6 to 15.
Everyone will be his opinion
 
Several of us have had problems with them. Bottom line, they suck rocks.

They can come here and defend themselves if they like. I wouldn't mind an explanation. Matter of fact, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. But they never answered my emails, they sent me crap, and talked to me like I was 4 years old. (yes, even yoyo) I doubt if they'll come here and redeem themselves.

I emailed them and they ignored me so i tried a few times with the live chat which i got the standard reply "send from usa branch" in the usual pigeon english. After continually trying to get a direct answer from them they just disconnect me from the live chat.

I now realise why the prices are so cheap , THEY DONT SEND ANYTHING !

Avoid like the plague. I am now hoping that the bloke who keeps cutting me off gets a nasty std where his balls go square and fester at the corners !:evil:

anyone think im being a bit harsh ?

Im now going to email them calmly and politely and hopefully get a helpful and curtious reply assuring me that me goods are now finally on there way.
And if that doesnt work im going to get that email address SPAMMED TO HELL with get rich quick schemes , all varieties of porn and anything else sinister my angry and vengeful mind can think of.:thumb:

I had the exact same problems with e-cig.com.

I have actually FAXed in my credit card dispute form to get a credit back on their charges.

You only have 60 days to do so.....so I would advise anybody who has been screwed by these people to complain to the CC company and get charges reversed. E-cig.com should feel the pinch in a couple of months when the chargebacks start taking place.

Forgive me if im wrong but i thought you had to register as a supplier (if you are) ? and isnt their some rules about pedaling your wares ?

I would still like to see your products/website but i guess thats up to the good people who run this fine forum.

please kindly understand, as the olypic game we can not issue the payment from china, so we cost very much to delivery the goods to our American branch, andway, our products are still stopped in there custom, we have pay a lot for the stock in their warehouse, anyway, now it is okay for the shippment in china, we are manufacturing day and night.anyway, it will send you in these days."

But i don't understand exactly what he said
 
I have just emailed ecig.com to find out whats happening with my order. I bit my tongue and was polite and explained that i didnt want to fall out with them i just wanted the goods i have paid for.
Ive probably confused them as i dont think english makes much sense to them, so to spice things up a little i asked to change my order (haha) for cigar stuff instead.

Will post back and let you know what happens.
