Me and Miss Diane went on a live chat on their site tonight and we asked what is going on and where the hell is our goods which we ordered on August the 18th.
We didn't really get to know the reason why or what has happened but they mumbled and jumbled saying cartridges and batteries cannot be shipped at the moment due to heavy policing shipping goods and they would try tomorrow to see if this would work and does not get returned back to them.
So it seems down to whether the carriers get searched.
While this has been going on we have received several parcels from China and even liquids seem to be getting in from somewhere.
As we have spent over $600 with them now we are getting quite concerned. The way we see if they weren't able to ship the goods at that time it should not been advertised on their website and should have been stated clearly not taken the money out of my account as its best getting interest in mine not theirs.

I received one package after it was in transit for 3 months and it was a total mess. Packed improperly with broken bottle and liquid all over the package. I've got another one out there that was mailed the second week of June. I don't freakin' want it. I'm chalking it all up as a big fat loss. E-cig got my money. That's all they care about. It's like they don't want anything to do with you after you complain about a wrong. If I'm gonna take it up the ...., it ain't gonna be from e-cig.com.
There are so many ways to answer that and, er... I'm not going to...

Here is my experience with E-Cig.com
I ordered on July 18, 2008 e-cigarillo, atomizer e-cigar and various objects
So far, I have still not been delivered in France
On the website, it is indicated because of the Olympics, batteries and liquids are not allowed to be transported by air
My mails remained unanswered
I was able to contact them by live chat and whenever the same stereotypical response: delivery will be leaving this week
Note that I am not an isolated case
The first contact, they can ensure that ship goods from the U.S.
But since then, the answer is that they have had problems and they will send the package from China
I can understand some disadvantages but I hate to be considered as an idiot
The Olympic Games are finished and everyone can think that it will arrange
But it's probably not counting the 2008 Paralympic Games to be held in Beijing from September 6 to 15.

one and a half monthes!it is really too long for you,that is a serious problem show that its attitude is not honest enough. i originally want to order two set from E-Cig.com to use with loongtotem v10 together,but it makes me back off. before i ordered from loongtotem,and it arrived quickly.
i ordered on the 23 of august and today i finally got a tracking number. even though they said it shipped the 1st of September.
Also the tracking number says it shipped the 8th. but it's still in china it started in Cixi and is now in Hangzhou.
The way i got this number was:
1. logged on to my account at e-cig.com
2. Clicked on Review previews orders
3. Clicked on YES inder Track
4. typed in the box "needed tracking number."
5. clicked Continue
Six days Later they replied with the tracking number.
I worded it "needed tracking number" because I have learned a little bit about there sentence structure in the past and found that it would translate better that way... could be luck too.
Also I will never ever in my entire life order from them again. If anybody asks I would gladly tell them to go somewhere else.

Whatever happened to their US distributor? It's been mentioned, but I can't find a website for it.
trog mentioned it once a while ago. And linked to a website...but it took me back to e-cig.com. But there was a scrolling note on the side that mentioned a US headquarters. Now, that info is not listed...and the latest news posted is from July about the non-shipment of batts and juice during the Olympics. Nothing else after that.
Given the shoddy communication with e-cig, I feel that unless we find it on our own, we ain't gonna hear any more about it.
Finally got my order looks like a cheaper, lighter, and hotter DSE901. no matter what i put in it i cant get the weird taste out of it. also the hot part comes from the heat coil witch glows red the entire time the LED is on in the front. it was paid for on 8/2/08 and received on 9/15/08
after many emails and tracking messages i try today to go with the live chat..after Yo-Yo appear..strangely i cant type in the chat box . So i find a way around and send a text file with my order # and question about shipment; file came on the box and few moment later Yo-Yo cut the line without saying by-by. great business
I had the same issue with e-cig.com. Looks like a big scam. I ordered two atomizers both failed in about 3 days. They are a big con game. I wish i can take them to the court for defrauding people. They should be banned from selling. I will write a more detailed report on my experience, when I have time. Stay away from E-cig.com. They are cheap, but really expensive as their product really really sucks!
