Hey Folks,
I just wanted to toss out my experience when contacting and dealing with Puresmoker.
I didn't have a big issue, not really an issue at all as far as I was concerned. On my first order with Puresmoker, I ordered several different cartomizers with my Ace setup. One of which was some 555 carto's
Upon receiving my order, being a newbie I realized I was a set of carto's short. I then noticed a small bottle of 555. I realized of course what it was, though never having refilled anything was presented with a new challenge. That is besides the point however.
I contacted PS and asked them if I had mis ordered or somehow got someone elses bottle or some such by accident.
The response?
Quite excellent really. Casey contacted me, with a tad of a delay which was completely fine given the bustling nature of their business. She said that they were quite sorry and would send out some 555 carto's as soon as possible. I wasn't actually expecting this or really asking for anything like the sort, and asked if I needed to do anything, like send the product back (which would have been fine by me, though I must admit I really enjoy the 555 with menthol ice
)
She said nope, it was all set and they would get it out to me.
So, this is my story, and my Kudos to Casey and PS in general. I know there has been allot of.. hard feelings of late, and people (rightfully or not, its not my place to speculate) have been voicing their problems and concerns. This is fine, but it is, I think, also important to report the good things. They have been very helpful, and attentive in their response to me. It was a small matter, to be sure, but one which garnered much goodwill to me.
I hope that people can take the good and the bad and realize that life is not always cut and dry, and when personalities are involved things get complicated. I work in technical support, and have for quite a while. I know intrinsically how hard that kind of thing can be. I have dealt with the raving masses and the befuddled good natured. With running a small business, I can imagine these are felt ten times as much as someone who simply works in a technical department for a larger entity. This is their life and passion.
Agree disagree or otherwise, I just hope that people remember we are (or should be anyway
) friends here, and that Puresmoker does in fact care about us, even when it seems like they need to make a business decision that we dont personally agree with.
Have a nice night everyone!
