I feel bad to post this in a public forum, especially since i've read and keep reading good things about puresmoker on this very same forum, but my order which i placed on Feb 21st just about when PS was moving to a different state came with a defective atomizer (bad timing?).
I've been sending emails over and over to their customer service and sent a few PMs to Daniel as a few suggested on this forum all in vain.
My order number was 10077 and included a DSE901 which was defective. Is there anyone from PS who can help and look into this matter? I wonder since most of you talk about a great experience with PS, why am I not seeing any of it?
