My first day on e cigs!! What a joke.

was very pleased to recieve my starter pack from e cig wizard today.

i went for the piper starter kit.

one atomizer didnt work, and then the other one stopped working, and when filling the cartridge it just dripped out of the mouth piece. stupidly i sucked on it anyway and my mouth was filled with about 1 ml of eliquid. by midday i had brought a pouch of tobacco. was told by e cig wizard, that if you leave it on its side they leak anyway.. WHAAATT that needs to be in the product description.

i spent all my money on juice and the piper kit, so have no more money, im hoping e cig wizard will refund me, the man did say they would when i rang them. but am worried they wont.

so if anyone is thinking of buying the piper set from e cig wizard? dont. they are nothing but cheap chinease junk. i think e cig wizard and other companys should think again before stocking such junk. it just makes them look bad. and if you do buy crap from china, EVREYTHING that goes out the door needs to be checked.... was told they do check, but some slip through the net. get a new net then.

i think untill the technology is good enough this whole e cig thing will never properly take off. i know there issues with the technology but i never expected that. people just dont have the time for this. give me a product that works! thats all i want..

That's a shame. There are a lot of good dealers here in the U.S. (even though a lot of the parts are Chinese).
This forum is a great place to sort them out.

Sorry that you didn't have a good first experience with your e cig. Maybe your atty's are flooded and that's why they are not working? Seems like there might be too much juice. Yeah a mouthful of juice is pretty nasty. try watching some beginner vids and give it another try. Good luck with cig wiz

Sorry to read that you are so turned off.

My first days were also very bad. And that with a Joey 510! Then I thought with all those guy’s who use this here it must work.
So I continued to read read read and found out what went wrong.
I am Vaping now for 3 months and am analog free for 11 days.
Don’t give up just yet. Give them a call or e-mail and I am sure they could help you as well as the many guy’s here.
Hope it works out for you.
I have no experience with tanks so I can’t help other then say give it a few more day’s.

If you like the tank setup I suggest the Joye eGo-T. It's probably the best tank for beginners. I've heard VG juice will leak from the eGo tanks but my friend uses it all of the time in his. It is a very hassle free PV and it will give you a lot less problems. I hope you get it worked out!

my problem is ive become obsessed with e cigs and blown my monthly budget on a rubbish starter kit. with may i add no instructions. i dont have time for this.

so i assume my other option is a non tank style.

so next im thinking, a liberty flight dse-901. pen style. which isnt a tank.

how do i refill a dse-901 pen stlye. (see i dont know what im doing)

what would be my daily routine with a pen style?

whats an atty? is that an atomizer?
whats dripping?
whats cartomizer? a all in one atomizer and e liquid, surely they are the way to go??? are they not?

i just need it all explained simply.

and no where seems to do that.

Yeah, don't give up yet. Try to get some coaching from the vendor if you can. And in the meantime, there's nothing that says you can't smoke (or chew) while you are figuring it out.

PS, it does sound like the atomizer is flooded. Did you blow the atomizers out first before putting it all together?

You have to try again with a better unit from a reputable supplier.When you get a good unit your results will be much better.Dont judge ecigs by one crappy unit.We will be here to help you.

First of all, it looks like the kit you bought is 510 compatible, so you could just get a standard 510 atomizer and a drip tip and try it that way for not too much money.



whats an atty? is that an atomizer? Yes, the atomizer is the part that turns the liquid into vapor
whats dripping? Dripping is when you put 2-3 drops of e-liquid directly into the atomizer, therefor bypassing the cartridge, tank, or cartomizer altogether. Just drip, drip, drip and vape, vape, vape. Not easy to do with a tank system atomizer though.

Yes, cartomizer is an atomizer with a built in cartridge (or cartridge with a built in atomizer) either way, it combines the atomizer and cartridge in one piece. Problem is that while they can be refilled a few times they are really meant to be disposable.

So here are some things that should work on your current batteries (choose from any that say eGo or 510):

• atomizer with drip tip or cartridges

• cartomizers

• you could even try the eGo cartomizer if you like.

Liberty flights is a UK company with great prices, check it out.

If it is 510 compatible I would just buy a pack of empty 510 cartomizers and fill them with the liquid you have on hand. You should be able to find a 5 pack of the cartomizers from many suppliers for about $6 to $8. If you keep the cartomize wet one should last you a couple of days.

You've got a couple of Ego Clone batteries in your Piper Kit so all is not lost, they are good batteries. I'd advise getting some Boge LR 2.0 Cartomizers which E-Cig Wizzard as well as Liberty flights and others carry and will work with them.

It sounds like your into hassle free and Boge Cartos are tried and true, work well and are easy to fill. A great setup for anyone to get started.

you should try the treasure chest here on the forums you might be able to get you a free used eGo or something. Finding whats right for you can be a hassle but once you do its well worth it. I started with a 510 mega kit from madvapes. It was ok but i wish i would have went straight for an eGo. If you are a heavy smoker try an eGo battery with a 306 atomzer or any low resistance atomizer. Ikenvape.com has quality atomizers and cartomizers. Stick with it!!!

Oh goodness! I am so sorry you had such a bad experience! I am new to vaping too but I have spent hours and hours on this forum looking at stuff. You need to watch all the videos you can on here. You also need to read all you can. People on here are great and you will find the best places to order stuff and what to try. Sounds like you want simple. I'd go with cartomizers and a battery. They are simply no hassle and give lots of vapor. I prefer a day long battery so I use 900mhz (x 2 lol) but my hubby likes the cig feel so he uses the 510 batt. I prefer the tank b/c of the ease to see whats there and change flavors easy. My husband doesn't like to mess with things like I do so I ordered him the cartomizers and will them in advance for him with his fav juice and when one runs out he just pops on a new one. He has 2 batteries he alternates with and he's happy. Maybe you should try this and you'd like it better until you get to where you are ready to "mess around" with more. Good luck! I hope you will like vaping as much as I do soon!
