Yesterday I received my first order of e-liquid from e-cig. As I've only ever tried the "regular tabacco" flavor that came with my Sedansa I ordered a number of different flavors to try out. The flavors I ordered were, chocolate, strawberry, coffee, melon, and menthol. Now I don't know if it's just me, but the thought of associating a friuty flavour with the act of "smoking" a cigarette had me feeling somewhat skeptical. Fortunatly my apprehension was soon put to rest.
Rating the e-liquid experience certainly has a subjective aspect too it so you can take my obsevations with a grain of salt.

Coffee: This was my least favorite. The taste was very weak.

Chocolate: Wasn't awful but again on the weak side. Slightly better than coffee

Strawberry: Not bad. Still slightly weak in flavor

Melon: I quite liked this one. A nice blended taste. Best flavor of the four.

Menthol: By far my favorite. Leaves a pleasent refreshing taste in your mouth. Adds a nice "fullness" to the inhaled vapors.

Well thats it. My two cents for what it's worth. And for those wondering I found the volume and quality of the vapor to be on par with the cartridges I got from Sedansa.

Regards,
Mark

Very helpful post. I wish there were more takes on the flavors from e-cig. I've ordered regular, flue-cured and chocolate, but haven't received those yet. Been using mild tobacco flavor and it's essentially tasteless. Philles Blunts cigars come in some really weird flavors that seem awful at first, but are actually quite good: watermelon, banana, strawberry, apple, grape, chocolate, etc. I haven't hit a dreadful one, although I prefer the chocolate. Can't wait to get SOME taste from e-smoking!

I have just ordered some e-liquid from freesmoke. From what I can tell (from Dutch translation!) it has been specially developed and mixed in a Spanish pharmacy to produce a superior smoke and flavor.

It was a little pricey but I am informed that it is worth it!

Many thanks SJ. I'll check it out. Perhaps in time e cig manufactures will make a new model specifically designed to be used with nicotine liquid as at the moment I think it shortens the life of the e cig if dripped directly onto the atomiser. Cleaning with alcohol seems to help though and all sorts of brown gunge gets dislodged when the alcohol is poured through the atomising chamber.

Doesn't Paypal let you use your Visa card? I used my Mastercard and it went through fine.

I now notice that they also let you buy unfilled replacement cartridges - seems like a good Idea, dammit - I will try to get in touch and amend my order.

Oh, also, I read on the Dutch boards something to do with adding water to the solution to get a better smoke. I will give it a go.

There wasn't much detail (or much that I could find anyway), but I will try mixing a couple of drops with a partially used cartridge. Can't do any harm can it - what do you reckon? I will do it with my e-cig anyway - not risking the Sedansa!

I have found the best vapour of all comes from applying one drop to the atomiser. It does kill the e cig rather quickly though. Also you can rinse the filling from the cartridges under the tap, dry them and re-soak them with liquid. I have actually taken out the cartridge filling altogether and just used the atomiser vapours. Phew!! Now that really does give lots of taste, especially in the cigar version.
This is turning into a really good forum now that we are able to share experiences with a few more people :)

Hi everybody!! I just received my first e-liquid from e-cig. Although it's quite interesting, the quality and the fullness of the "smoke" is not half as good as a brand new Sedansa cartridge -- in my humble opinion. I also tried e-cig's cartridges with my Sedansa, and it's by far the least interesting e-smoking experience I had so far. SJ and many others were right.

So in my opininon, the best quality flavor and smoke I tried yet come from brand new Sedansa cartridges. Even when you simply open a Sedansa cartridge, it pleasantly smells like bakery or fresh bread or something, while I find that a brand new e-cig cartridge or e-liquid smells more like a house cleaning product...

So for me, Sedansa cartridges are the best yet. I wish they'd design some e-liquid of their own because 1) I trust them and 2) I've got one problem with cartridges: after a while, when smoking abundantly, it sometimes starts to taste like heated plastic, which is obvioulsy very very not cool. Am i doing something wrong? Has it ever happened to one of you?

Well, I clearly see the potential of e-liquid, but I'm not convinced of e-cig's e-liquid on the long run. Yet Freesmoke's e-lquid, which looks awfully attractive, might be the best option to date. I'll try it for sure. Thanks for the tip!

In conclusion, I've a question for specialists: does anybody know if Njoy or Freesmoke cartridges are compatible with Sedansa e-cigarette? And do someone know if there's a way to try cigar flavor or pipe flavor on a Sedansa e-cigarette?

Thanks! Long life to this forum! Keep on the pioneering!
Cheers

I'm still playing with the e-Liquid I got yesterday. When I first ordered the pipe, I ordered "light" tobacco in "medium" strength for it. Very bad move. No taste at all. No kick at all. Not much vapor either.

Then I ordered an e-cigar from DealExtreme and it came with some "high" nicotine cartridges in regular tobacco flavor. Much better. But my recent order brought me the 21mg nicotine in regular, flue-cured and coffee (they made a mistake; it should have been chocolate) flavors. I started with the flue-cured. Much, much better. Now I get tobacco taste.

But neither device produces near enough vapor to make me happy. The cigar is better than the pipe, but it works well only for about 30 minutes after I put in a new cartridge and fully recharged battery. Then, very little comes out.

I also ordered the injector, which is a real medical syringe, like they draw blood with! I ordered blank cartridges for both cigar and pipe, so I could fill them with the new high-test nicotine fuel. Now I get the kick. I actually cough sometimes as this vapor hits throat and lungs. Very potent stuff. Now ... if I could only get a really good cloud of it, like my pipe with latakia tobacco produces!

FYI: It's just a hunch that either there are only a few original manufacturers (and lots of brand names slapped on products) or they are all copying the original Ruyan design. I've yet to hear of anything not interchanging! Even the screw threads are identical from brand to brand.

My order for Freesmoke liquid arrived yesterday. The peppermint tastes like spearmint and is very refreshing and the chocolate is sort of warm and sweet but nice. The liquid is very pale in colour and so far has not darkened or discoloured in the cartridges. Before use I thoroughy rinsed and dried an old cartridge and then filled using the syringe supplied. It's a good product if pricey but I don't feel comfortable "injecting" using such a medicinal product actually intended for insulin.

My first experience with e-liquid has not been very positive. This morning I received my bottle of 50ml from freesmoke and I had a disappointment. Lately I smoked cartridges squeezed my DSE901 and the steam was much better than with e-liquid. With two or three drops of liquid cartridge original get much more steam and more time with the new e-liquid.
Sorry for my English, I'm Spanish.

Hi Lea,

To be honest, I can't really say for certain whether it is any better than E-cig's liquid - it may simply be a function of my paranoia given the stories one hears about Chinese manufacturing that I will pay extra for the peace of mind that Freesmoke's liquid is mixed in a Spanish pharmacy.

Sorry I can't be more definitive than that.

Hey T.B.!

I have now racked up about $300 in devices and find my NJOY cigar to be great!! However, they don't sell flavored cartridges and I think I'd like something like vanilla bean, etc. Do you (or anyone else on the forum) know if Crown 7 cigar cartridges (which come in flavors) will fit the NJOY cigar? Not really into that high nicotine cigar taste, but NJOY cigar provides tons of smoke!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Did you mix water with your e-liquid yet?
Or did anyone else?
