So we have been broke as hell lately, and I ran out of usable attys tonight. I bought a $10 "21st century smoke" disposable. Not rechargeable - but I was able to use voicetovice's usb passthrough tutorial to turn it into a pthru that takes cartomizers -- which cost $5 for a pack of five! Vapor production is decent, and the most awesome thing id that I can refill the cartos by dripping into the end! Tasty vapor's bottle tips fit perfectly into the end. its not pretty, but I wrapped the whole thing in gaffer's tape - it looks like a hookah pipe! 
This is an easy solution, i'll never have to worry about attys dying on me and waiting on an order anymore.
