Ok... I lied. This is technically my 3rd build... BUT its the first time I was happy with my results!

My iGo-L just came in the mail and I put this together with Cotton Balls and 28 AWG wire.

It clocks in at 2.0 ohms (which my poor ego doesn't love to handle) and its got 9 (give or take) wraps! :)

How does it look everyone?

Looks good. From what i understand the coils should be touching(wish all mine touched) but that looks damn for your third attempt. How do you like the cotton and do you like the flavor, hit and vapor? If all those are yes then awesome.

I was thinking about getting a L to do this exact build.

Thanks! Im not sure why but I ended up using a juice that I was running out of to dampen the wick... So I haven't been using it too much as of late because I didn't want to change the flavor.

The vapor is pretty good, I'm holding out for my VAMO to ship so I can really pump up the voltage and get the "full experience" as currently im using it on my EGO (non-twist).

Apart from all that, I have to say the flavor is spot on for me! Can't wait to keep on tinkering!

Great job! It's so rewarding when you can make your own coils! :)

Thanks! And absolutely! Making your own coils is a nice feeling when they work! :D

looks good, i tried using puff balls last night, was ok until I got a dry hit that set my throat on fire. Went back to cotton yarn, never had a dry hit that harsh

Thanks,
I had a couple of "HOLY ..... IM GONNA DIE" moments with the puff balls drying up, so I may end up switching to yarn soon! Thanks for the tip! :D

Looks good. Great job.
The only thing I would change is to use a little less cotton.
This kind of takes it to the extreme of "less is more" but it works great. Wicks super fast with that setup.
The cut ends are just kissing the deck on each side of the coil.

Thanks! I like this idea! I have no real need for all this cotton anyways, haha.

I'll probably trim them down next time I do a build! I'll see how that treats me! :)
