After seeing this post, 2 of my friends actually tried ordering from provape directly. Same shipping via USPS but one of it went to HSA.
I think it's still depend on your luck as its not 100% guarantee to reach you.

If you have a friend staying in jb just ship directly to jb then hand carry bk to sg this is how my friend did it last 2 weeks
