And I got these...almost the same thing with some print on them (my nic doesn't care, really) for 10 bottles for $3.50 and about $5 for shipping over 40 glass bottles ;).

Dang it forgot about that place thanks for the reminder. I had points on my amazon card I needed to use up so luckily for me it didn't cost me anything. thnks again for bringing that company up :D as there is other stuff I wanted to snag from them.

I spoke to them on the phone

They told me its not USA made, but it has indy lab testing and the certs are on the website

They also told me its illegal to 'make nic' in the US, if I remember correctly? There's some weird loophole. You can grow the tobacco here, but have to send it out of country for extraction and processing. They were politely telling me that RTS is lying when they claim to sell USA nic.

Again, memory is fuzzy.

So Wizard Labs is FOS as well...man this just makes me mad! Especially after the big nic scandal seeing all the vendors posting things like 'we don't use Chinese nic' all over the place.

I just ordered a test kit....will be testing every bottle from every vendor from now on.

Why wizard labs as well patti? do they re sell RTS?
All Wizard Labs liquid nicotine solutions and concentrated flavorings are produced using only the highest quality USP grade, and FDA approved ingedients for your safety and peace of mind. Our organic nicotine extraction is performed through partnership with one of the providing labs to Johnson & Johnson's global line of nicotine based products for your assurance of chemical purity, quality control, and reliable results.

The quote is from their website, which right now is closed so I can't find the info I'm looking for, but I have seen it at least implied that they do their own nic extractions here...in the US under lab conditions. Which...right now is heresay because I can't find it in print. ...

BUT 'only the highest quality USP grade and FDA approved ingredients' in itself would have to be BS if nic isn't produced in the US right!? grrrrr.....

I also have the fuzzies but remember several posts confirming most "USA" nic is extracted in China. I also vaguely remember RTS is adamant about their extraction is in the USA. I Do believe MFS nicotine is USA tobacco extracted in China. I know my hazziness is not much confirmation to anyone but just my thoughts.

The FDA not only regulates what is made in the US but also what is imported.

So are you saying that if vendor A imports nic from China it's USDA inspected and approved?

What I'm saying is it the product has been approved to be imported into this country. No I don't think every shipment goes through any sort of inspection. Heck the USDA can't even insure products made and processed here are safe. How many countless cases of contaminated meat, poultry and produce from the US have been involved in recalls.

Unfortunately the FDA will probably soon be inspecting and approving all of our nic...

right after they are maneuvered by big pharma to co opt the entire vaping product line mark it up by 500.% If you were a time tested mobster and some local yokel common man (read: china, those who followed in suite in the U.S., and us vapers) produced something that beats the living crap out of your product (read: smoking cessation devices and therapy) for 1/10th of the price/100X the effectiveness, wouldn't you do the same?

:(
