I have a few other devices, but use my GLV 99% of the time. I work construction and I chain vapor so I always have my GLV in one hand and whatever I'm working on in the other. Over the last 2 years I have dropped my GLV a few hundred thousand times and it has many battle wounds from it
. My hands wore all his pretty black finish off and never do routine maintenance. Despite all the abuse he has never not fired and has given me a good vape always when I pushed the button.
Only time he would not fire was when I dropped him off a second story building and he hit so hard it knocked the + pin right out the bottom of the head along with whatever material surrounded it. I lost some parts and had to twist some wires back together inside, but it went right back in. As a quick fix for the rest of the day I melted a wax construction pencil and dripped it in both ends to keep pin from shorting. That was 8 months ago and its still working flawless so no reason to "fix" it. LOL
I have taken other devices to work, but they only last a few days at the most before I break the 510 connection off or worse. I thought about posting this today after taking a new lava tube to work for the first time and breaking it in the first hour.
Luckily my GLV was waiting for me in my car .
My GLV has had a rough life so far, but it's working great! He has many more years left in him I'm sure.
I will buy another someday just to keep at home and treat it like it deserves.
I love
my GLV and the best investment I have ever made. I highly recommend GLV for anyone hard on personal vaporizers.
Here are a few pictures of my poor GLV. (Warning some may be graphic

3-4 months after I got him.
How the poor little guy looks now.
