Cool beans...take ur time repairing...not to long...LOL Oh who am I kidding. It is worth the wait! I know that folks can be impatient. However, crap happens and so forth.

How about a special discount on the buzz for all of us Infinity folks? You know were special! LOL

Yes they do , and in this case we HAVE to get this fixed , it will take some time . We are working on it as I type , I will be gone for the rest of the day working on this issue.

From our preliminary results we have to completely rebuild the RMA units so that will delay them as well. ( Lots of work to do )

Mike Let me know if I am one of these delayed RMA units please. Im down to 2 half working 808s and I need to order something to tide me over.

No I don't think it makes you look bad. Actually its honesty that prevails in any business. I recently spent 46.00 on that new tank system for the ego. I can wipe my .... on the warranty. It makes me not to ever want to do business with a vendor of that nature.

I also know that you have an excellent reputation. How could anyone judge that! In addition, the buzz unit also has a good reputation as a kick .... pv.

Sure I will accept an offer on a deal on the Buzz! Let me know if I should pm or go to your website. Will the same charger for the Infinity be used for the Buzz?

Mike I'm so sorry for all the BS this machine shop has given you. They need to go into the trash hauling business. If it wasn't for bad luck you wouldn't have any luck at all.

Mike - I respect you and your company and was really hoping to buy the Infinity, one because it is a vv (and easy to change voltage), two because of your sterling reputation (which still shines IMO), and three because it was such a classy looking piece. And I'm not even talking about the great price! When you got the tubes in for this first run they had a large infinty symbol which you said was not what you had intended. I would love it if you had that fixed too because the large infinity symbol, again IMO, just doesn't do the PV justice. I hope you do have this changed along with the other elements you are working on right now.

That's wonderful news Mike. You are the Man and you know I'll always be there because I only hang with the best. Been there at the start and will be there at the end. It pays to be honest and straight forward as you have been with everyone instead of the oky doke you usually get from businesses. You have really been through the mill on this one but you came through with flying colors. My hat's off to you Sir.
