My Introduction to Reoville

Finished charging up the batteries for my new Grand....built a 1.2 ohm micro coil (7/8 wrap of 30ga. kanthal on a 3/64" arbor) for the RM2.....applied Noalox to the + battery post and connector.....filled the first tank with Custard's Last Stand p)....and squonked to saturate the cotton wick....hit the "Fire" button and inhaled...................
O.......M........G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Granted....the CLS has been steeping for EXACTLY 2 months (to the DAY!) so I expected it to taste "really good".....
But THIS.......it's off the charts!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely NO tank, clearo or cart I've EVER used gave me a vape like it!!!
As a result of this endeavor.....I have arrived at the conclusion that the Reo Grand is VERY APTLY NAMED!!
At SOME point I may explore sub-ohm territory (my AW IMR 18650 1600mAH batteries should handle down to ~.7 or .8)....but for now, I'm THRILLED with the results of my first journey into Reoville!

Your batteries will handle 24A, but the general consensus is that your spring will not thank you by about 0.4Ω, and when (not if) your mod gets dirty, you run the risk of melting the firing button a bit.

Until upgraded firing pins are available - i just regard such annoyances as the nature of the beast and a price i'm willing to pay for a vape of such stupendous quality.

You realise it's almost a pre-requisite to post pictures of your gear

Not that I don't believe you but around these here parts we say pix or it didn't happen. Congrats on the Reo and welcome to the mad house of happy vapers. You might want to post a pic or two of your build too. The mad men and women around here are real good tuners. You might not think it gets any better but it really does.
