I ordered a tiramisu and a peach flavor in low nic levels. My taste is finally starting to come back. The 555 and RY4 I ordered with my initial kit are already tasting very different. I'm really just trying to find "my taste". Something I can puff on all day (an all-day vape as it is referred to).

I'm also going to pick up some DIY stuff pretty soon!

I have become obsessed. I've spent the entire day watching videos, reading, and making a list of everything I want to buy. I am still cigarette free (30+ hours) and don't even want to have one. I'm DYING to try new flavors and start making my own juice. I'm also eager to buy a higher volt PV (maybe a super 6) when my budget allows.

Why aren't more people using these!?

Yep, I did a lot of that during my time off for the holidays. If you want to try higher voltage you can get a 5v USB passthough for your 510. I got mine from MadVapes.

Will that be okay with my regular 510 attys or will that pop them? If I need a high voltage atty for that, do you have any recommendations?

Works with a regular 510 atty. I guess this is what is simulated by using a low-resistance atty on a higher mah 3.7v battery. I didn't even realize it would be different. I just got it so I wouldn't have to use a battery while at the computer. I took one hit and was like WOAH and came to ECF to do some research.

Because you are a heavy smoker like I was I would recommend either a joye eGo or a Riva from Liberty Flights, they are a 510 but with bigger batteries, so they last longer between charges and come with 2 batteries in a kit. The eGo is 39.99 and the Riva is 29.99, both are good units. Here is the link, make sure you are getting the 20% off by clicking on it on the top left corner. +1 for Lisa's advice. I got my first kit, Riva 510, from LF. Great kit. Quick shipping. Excellent customer service. (Can't beat the price!). I love their Septwolf ejuice too.

Oops! I see I arrived "Late to The Party"... I did want to comment though, that I too had an analog (or two), some 48 hours in, and like you said, it tasted fantastic. I was hoping it would taste gross, like you hear all the time here, but I can't see myself ever "hating" the taste. (I do however, hate the whole nastiness + illness +death of analogs though!).

I have some peach that I'm allowing to steep. Tiramisu sounds good. LOL, I got my all day vape, now I'm worried that my taste will change, and I'll have to start looking again.

Kewl Video! Wish I would have documented mine on video! Been keeping a personal quit smoking diary of things I have and am learning along the way and equipment upgrades! Thought it might be amusing when the wife and I look back and say yea I remember that! Also may help other peoples transitions if we can remember problems we had and what we did to fix em!
Congrats on the Lifestyle change and good luck to you!

Thanks! Nothing to stop you from making videos now! It is pretty much my "quit smoking diary"...just a different medium.

Update: Day 7

Just under a full week on my e-cig. I had one (as mentioned before) analog but have yet to have another.

My juice is slowly traveling from Ohio to Maine at a snails pace. I'm hoping I will receive it tomorrow considering I am running a bit low.

I ordered some DIY supplies. I was initially going to go all out and get 60ml of 100mg nic juice (I'm safe and experienced in Chemistry so no need to be alarmed), a bunch of flavors, and a gallon of PG but I decided to start small. I ordered 60ml of 36mg nic juice, apple, green tea, and rasberry LorAnn flavors, 4oz of PG, and mixing equipment. I will also pick up some VG locally and maybe some PGA. I can't wait!

I just recorded a couple more videos (for anyone interested). I talk briefly about what I bought initially and what I think about at. I also clean my first atty. I will post them after they are edited.
