My Joyetech 510 battery is never fully charged?

I'm still fairly new to the world of vaping, but from what I've experienced thus far, little e-cig minis are my ideal kind of e-cig. Mostly due to their portability and the fact that I can leave them in my mouth while I drive or walk, freeing up my hands for other stuff.

Naturally, my first bet was to go for the joyetech 510 battery. I got one from this website along with a Boge LR Cartomizer, a Joyetech PCC and some 100% VG "cinnamon churro" juice, which quite frankly tastes nothing like cinnamon.

In any case, I've fallen in love with this little setup, it's simple, it's easy to use, and it's compact. But I've noticed one problem... No matter how long I leave the battery in the PCC, it's never "fully charged".

According to the little manual I got with the PCC, there's 3 lights on the base of it. One signifies if the case itself is being charged. Red means it's not fully charged, and green means it is fully charged and needs to be taken off charge. This works fine, the case itself usually gets to full charge within 4 or so hours.

The second light very rarely comes on, just means that the case has charge, but not enough of it to charge the battery inside it. This has only come on twice in my ownership.

But the final light is the one that's got my attention. It's supposed to turn red while the battery is being charged, and go out once the battery is fully charged.

It hasn't gone out in over 3 days of solid charging. I just left my battery in there overnight just now, it's been well over 8 hours, but the PCC says my battery still isn't fully charged.

Why is this? Is this just a hardware malfunction? Should I get myself a better PCC? (I have my eye on this one, as a matter of fact) Is it something to do with the battery itself? Should I get myself a new 510 battery, perhaps of a different brand?

Should I just buy a new 510 (or perhaps a 901/808 battery?)

Hope somebody can advise me on this, thanks!

Might be a difference in the voltage supplied by your case and the battery you have. (Your first link is broken, so can't check.) The PCC you're looking at doesn't say it's been tested with the battery you have....

BUT

Clean all the contacts, battery and charging case. A swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol will work. Don't flood the battery, just damp, and "scrub" the contacts clean. Give it plenty of time to evaporate before using or charging. A little dried juice can seriously impede charging.
