I'm shocked it took 33 posts for the REOnuts to show!

You're right though...

Isnt the reo basically a bottom fed mechanical box mod? Ive never understood mech mods where the first vape is the best and then its downhill from there as the battery drains. Is there such thing as a regulated vw reo? I like the concept of "squonking" and like saying it even more but i refuse to use a mech

Nobody use a regular desktop computer or a laptop for internet anymore?

Everything loads perfectly on a 'real' computer.

I have come to the conclusion that cellphones are for calling / talking to people ... real cameras are for taking pictures ... and computers are for getting on the internet without problems.

Okay.

It boils down to money. For $50, I got a Blackberry. For $50/month, I have all the data I can use. Plus a camera. Plus a telephone. Plus text messaging. All in one convenient little package. "Real" computers have "real" price, once you calculate in a "real" Internet connection (as opposed to the bargain basement "deals").

I'll put up with the PITA stuff to keep "real" money in my "real" bank account. Plus, there is the "real" convenience of being able to jump online anywhere. Plus, I don't need to buy or worry about 3 separate devices and paying to feed them all.

But, thanks for your opinion anyway. (Just curious, but does that "real" camera have to use "real" film? I'd think it would......just to keep things "real", ya know?) ;)

I'm about to order a Lemo (literally, like a minute from ordering one).

Any caveats or quirky things I should know before going ahead?

Check out the in depth pbusardo review on youtube. Looks like way more positives than negatives. He cut himself on it and wasnt sure if the air control was to his liking per se but he seemed to really like it. If nothing else he breaks it all the way down and does a build on it. Said it was as easy or easier to build on than a kayfun. Great vid

You'll like the Lemo....its a great Atty. I don't like the airflow control, the filling methods or the fact that the 510 backs itself off...its full of MINOR quirks. I look forward to the v2. As of now, I feel that the orchid v4 smacks it around just a bit. I like the build quality and flavor much better from the orchid. The Lemo is really good though.

Yes it is a mechanical box mod. I came back to vaping about two months ago. I had the same concerns as you. I was running an authentic DNA30 and Kayfun clone. Now I am running an REO with Cyclone RDA Bottom feeder. I did my personal pick adventure. My personal preference? The REO is the winner. I can adjust the vape by changing the ohm of the coil, but have found 1 ohm is about perfect for me on the cyclone. I run Xtar VTC4's and they last about 5-6ml of e-liquid. The vape starts out stronger and just mellows throughout the battery life, which last about a day. Overall, the change is noticeable, but only slightly. I personally can tell when it is time to change the batteries which is usually around 3.5-3.7 volts depending on my mood. The upkeep is extremely simple and takes only minutes to have a fresh setup.

My suggestion is go for it. I was going to wait for the 18650 REO that would take a Kick module (VW). I am glad I did not wait. The only thing that I might wish was different would be possibly a DNA40 with temp control. I would not trade the smoothness for the temp control. So I am unsure on whether I would really want a DNA40 or not. The REO LP style is what you want, and the Grand is the standard size.

I picked up the kayfun 3.1 yesterday at my local shop, marcos vapors in cherry valley il. Is great, excellent customer service, spent a couple hours helping me. But I'm still on the fence I'm just not seeing the amazing experience everyone's talking about, I'm going to be running trials to give this ol girl a chance and post my feed back. During my research I think the reason I've had bad luck with tanks is in the wicking do I bought distilled water to make the juice more viscous and we'll see what happens...

Do you mean less viscous? Adding water is going to make it less viscous not more... and honestly I personally wouldn't use water to do it...

What kind of wick are you using? I have NEVER been a fan of silica or ecowool... Cotton or Rayon are the way to go... I prefer Rayon myself... Maybe post a pic of your setup so we can try to get you going in the right direction... Trust me, I've run 80/20 VG/PG blends in my kayfuns before and NEVER had a problem with wicking...
