Thanks all! It's turned out very nice and become my main PV for now. The only thing I would change is the position of the button...I don't like it on the side as much as maybe on the front would be more natural feeling.

The one thing I would change is the I would make the back cover like the front cover. This way when you look at it you you wont see where the wood is joined. Or better yet cut it at a 45 degree angle then it would be invisible.

I would agree...but: even a miter joint on a 1/8" thick piece of wood is very difficult to cut precisely. Something as small as this really is tough to do with only hand tools and even the slightest error is magnified. But I would agree that some sort of joint would be nicer...just not feasible with the scale involved.
