Tough Brass Jr. (Trigger Switch)

From Top to Bottom:
1. Acorn nut
2. Brass bushing (size 1/2 to 1/4) + O-ring
3. Bushing (1/4 to 3/8)
4. Brass nut
5. Hollow screw
6. Brass coupling
7. Hex head half threaded screw + spring

Parts Left to Right:
1) Spring
2) Threaded aluminum tube (____?)
3) Grommet (____?)
4) O-ring (____?)
5) Brass bushing

Top to bottom:
1) 510 connector + 1/4-3/8 brass converter bushing
2) 1/2-1/4 brass bushing + O-ring
3) Rubber grommet ?size
4) 1/2 screw + cartomizer plug
5) 1/2 pipe coupling

I don't know what they call the part with the flat type nut but i definitely used a piece of cork and screw and some electrical tape...

Bino, nice chunk of metal btw...I'm just trying to figure out how you transfer lateral motion to vertical motion...are you using the curve of the acorn nut to drive the batt up?

What voltage do these mods vape at? I think they're awesome!

The Tough Brass Jr. runs on single 17670 AW batteries at 3.7v or a pair of 3v CR-123 LiFePo4 AW batteries at 6v.
