honest people wouldnt have sold any E-cig stuff on Ebay since its not "legal".... ergo, only dishonest people are selling Ecig stuff on Ebay....
On the other side of it. I have actually seen these advertised as clones.

Unfortunately, since eBay doesn't authorize the sell or purchase of e cigarettes and accessories, they're unlikely to do anything about this, either. You probably don't have any recourse other than the unlikely possibility that the seller will rectify the situation. Unsavory sellers know that eBay won't involve themselves in this type of thing, so long as the seller can demonstrate that the package was delivered and that the original listing didn't explicitly advertise the equipment as "genuine" or "authentic"... as such, loads of them abuse that loophole and sell Chinese knockoff junk.

How about just.. Don't buy on eBay? It's against the rules (so there's no recourse if a product does turn out to be fake), and there are SO many more reputable vendors out there. It's like really dime a dozen, and you can likely find one that's near your hometown, which should theoretically minimize shipping time.

ok, buying rule number one. Check forum suppliers for sales on equipment before wandering off-forum into the abyss.

Agreed. And I'm not saying there's anything wrong with all of the clones out there. Vendors and sellers just need to disclaim that up front. Really looking to save money and get a clone of something? There are lots of vendors that carry clones. If you're willing to wait a while for shipping, you can save tons by ordering from a reputable Chinese wholesale vendor. Misrepresenting a clone as an authenic item is something that lots of private sellers and do, unfortunately.
This right here is my pet peeve with sellers, if you are going to sell copies, TELL us they are copies. For many it doesn't matter so long as it is known upfront.
Sucks to hear about this situation. This happened once at a local shop. Sold a clone, but didn't say it was a clone. They claimed they were clone free and this was when I was first starting out and didn't know better, needless to say I haven't gone back.
I always find it funny how people say don't buy from eBay because it isn't "legal", but a ton of people use paypal and technically it isn't "legal" either. You see people post all the time about paypal not allowing it, people (including myself) in the classifieds selling and saying "No mention of ecigs". It's basically the same rule as eBay but people still use paypal.

Thanks for the comments guys / gals, she did state it was genuine, I have her message stating that, also with over 7000 positive feedback my wife thought it would be ok, obviously there are a lot of people that just don't realise. This thing isn't even a good copy, it's junk, might explain why some love the tank and some think it blows, I dunno. Anyway, I'll get my money back at least as I'm covered on eBay and she accepts returns. We have now bought one from vapercaper which is new stock so all should be well. Its the first bad experience on EBay for 11 years so I guess we have done well. It just made me mad as my wife was in tears cause she had a smoke again, I'm sure it will all work out ok.

Now the newer versions of the Nautilus and mini have changed packaging a bit, though not like yours. These come with the improved BVC coils starting out, even with the full sized tank. I believe the full sized one sits in a plastic tray with beauty ring, extra coil and extra glass, while the mini sits in a felt lined tray and no extra glass. I want to say the felt tray does have Aspire on it though, unlike the one you received. Sorry about your luck :/
That sucks. Sorry to learn about your scam. Its one thing to purchase a clone, but another thing all together to buy an authentic and get a clone 
Yeah it sucks, that's why I bought one from vapercaper, they have new stock, with the newer coils... I wish she had just come to me, I would of told her to go there first but women love to shop when the bloke is out.... The seller hasn't even got back to her, looks like they want to punish her even more, Ebay wont step into help until the 25th..
I think it's the luck of the draw personally. I bought my eleaf gs air on ebay and it's legit. You just have some bad people out there wanting to make a buck off someone they think wouldn't catch it. Personally if I were her I'd call them out on it and make sure to let the seller know if he/she doesn't make it right you will report their page to Ebay yada yada. Who knows you could potentially sike the person out so bad they'll want to refund you and just tell you to keep the fake haha good luck getting it resolved.
Just an update, the seller actually paid for the return, shock. My wife is now super happy, I got her a genuine one, thanks to vapercaper, cheers Mark..
She has not smoked all day and she loves this, got her some suicide bunny's juice which she loves too. I think the silicone cover, although looks weird in the pictures for some reason, is great, it stops the button rattle on the Istick and gives it tons of grip..
