Ive only been vaping for a week but I cant get it off my mind. Im constantly thinking about all the flavors and I always have the urge to vape. I did not think about cigs like this.

And then all the {MODERATED} options you have with everything.. thousands of venders and flavors, all the different equipment, clearos, cartos, tanks, volts, nic content, pg, vg.. theres so much extra .... involved it makes me want to just go back to analogs where everything is MUCH simpler.

Everyone says e cigs are cheaper but I cant tell. Ive already spent 150+ and Its only been a few says. With all the options to choose from I fell like im gonna spend much more on trial and error before i find some stuff that I like.

I enjoy vaping and dont wanna stop but I feel overwhelmed and need to vent.

Yes, there is a certain amount of experimentation and trial and error involved with all these varied devices, cartos, clearos, tanks, RBA's, etc. The more diverse and varied the input, the better the final outcome. You don't have to try everything...take your time and gradually try a couple new things when you feel it's time. Don't fall into the trap of looking for the "perfect" vape. There is no one 'perfect' vape and it differs and changes with vapers. Find something you like, avoid the "latest and greatest," and just vape on. Almost anything you buy today will give you a decent vape. It's a great time for vapers.

I know how you feel. I think I am $120+ so far and I still havent gotten my vape in the mail to make sure I like it. I think 35 of that is on juices and then like $20 on some back up tanks but still...

I think I have found a good method of justifying it though - In theory I won't be spending that money on cigarettes.

It's almost like I am paying myself forward in a way.

For me after about 14 days I would have spent that on trips to the gas station for smokes. With the new vape and the 10 different juices I've bought so far my guess is it will outlast thouse 14 days and I will be back in the positive by then. Then a few new juices here or there unless I find one I cant go without all day every day. In that case I'll buy a 60ml and save a little bit more money and have something that lasts even longer.

With any hobby there is always a certain money pit problem (Trust me I know, I just bought a new Jeep)

But compared to something that is gross and expensive and deadly.... I think the vape money pit is the way to go.

Who knows if my song will change after I've actually got my vape in the mail though.

The first 2 months of vaping I spent a lot, as much as I spent on cigarettes. But its because of the many options that are now available, there's something for everyone.

as El_ Tecolote said, try what sounds interesting to you. No need to try everything out there. You will find a style (top coiled clearos or genesis style atomizers), bottom coiled clearomizers (all Kangers except Kanger T2), cartomizers or carto tanks for your battery.

you will know if u like VV, VW or mechanical mods too soon enough.

after the first few months its just a matter of maintaining eliquid supplies. Once you have your mods, batteries, chargers and "battery toppers" (cartos, cartotanks, clearomizers, atomizers or whatever YOU LIKE BEST).

Monthly vape budget or bi-weekly budget, I always spend a little more but at least keeping track. Still not spending as much as I did on the "stinkers", but close to. Problem is I want everything and there is a bunch of rockin' stuff out nowadays. Find a mod you like, do a day or so of research, ECF is great.. lots of experienced vapers, hell...youtube is helpful and informative for once
Also your taste may change, I started off loving the Kanger T2 and Vivi Nova, with some "ry4" or tobaccoish flavors..ehh...not so much these days.
Vape stuff is overwhelming, but don't give up on it, trial and error is a good thing.."learn shhtuff".

I can tell you'd be lots of fun to hang with; You're smart, self aware about what you enjoy & as quick to jump into what you enjoy as you are wise to see the pros & cons.

Most of all, I can tell you know exactly when to go ARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When it comes to vaping, there are definitely lots of "Arghs" moments to go around at the beginning. I'm still a newbie after 6 months & though I've begun feeling the frustrated, hard balloon of "Arghs" deflating, it's still a mighty steep learning curve. Only thing I've been able to do is just move forward, concentrate on the positives & realize that once the learning curve has straightened out, I'll be saving lots of $# (already have actually) & be a whole lot more relaxed .

Vaping is like no other hobby I've heard of. Maybe building Sailboats :p It's just so involved just on the equipment side of things, the eliquid side of things, the knowledge & experience side of things....Excuse me...AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!

Whew, there...I feel better.

But never do I feel like going back to stinkies. And I'm sure you won't either. You're just simply too smart & cool for that. :D

Hi!
It seems simpler because you've already figured everything out on them. You know what brand you like, the types of lighters or matches that work best for you and so on.

You are going through that process again. But, as luck would have it, you now have HUNDREDS of new friends. A lot of them are right here and are happy to help. :)

Keep swinging kiddeo, we are here for you.

I felt the same way, but we now are to the point that we have everything we need. I think we have a least 2 to 3 months of juice and extra batteries, mods and clearomizers (atomizers, tanks). it took us about a month to accomplish this, so hang in there you'll get there. Look for coupons, cheaper sites, and deals. It can help.

Hang in there!! It gets easier. The torture & fun of vaping is finding out what you like. It takes a bit if trial & error but once you start to find what helps satisfy your cravings you'll start to feel less stressed. Don't put so much pressure on yourself though. Order small bottles to sample & if you like it buy a bigger bottle. Hold on to the stuff you don't like right now. Your taste buds are going through shock & odds are you'll probably like some of them later. Good luck! And please don't be afraid to ask if we can help!!

I can sympathize. I have spent to much (it adds up quickly) but I would have spent a lot on real cigarettes too. Smoking was a addiction and now I have a new hobby. It will calm down. At least that is what I keep telling myself. I'm not a betting person, but I believe it will slow down dramatically when I get my credit card statement in the mail. But til then..... I am going to toot on.

I hear you. In the 3 weeks since I've started, I've spent over $600. I didn't need to, but I have because I like all the gadgets. I should have enough to last me awhile and will only need to buy juice once the 200ml I've order is gone.

But on the upside, I have 3 eGo batteries with about 10 clearos, a VW mod, a mech mod, batteries, charger, 5 DCTs, 1 RSST, 2 drippers, various replacement heads, and a bunch of juice. And I'm going to sit in my fallout shelter and vape until the rapture. LOL!
