well...im on my 2nd packet of the Roda Lacket today.

its nice...starts off slow...like any other white portion i guess.

it does have a bit more tobacco flavor i find and not as salty as the Lab01. i do get a very light hint of raisin/date dried fruit..not much just a hint. no bergamot taste.

i feel like i can taste what might be a leathery taste to it....not sure...but i can see what others mean when they say leathery taste.

also my mouth feels a bit dry....i dont know if its because of the roda lacket

flavor fades after about 45 minutes.

overall not bad.

asidrave, I noticed the dry mouth with Roda Lacket as well, although I do like the taste. I hadn't been able to pinpoint the flavor, but it has a distinct "fruity" scent and I think your raisin/date comment may be on target. It's not quite a regular in my rotation, but I've found that this snus seems to go very well with the pale ales I tend to favor during happy hour!

It's been a long time since I've done the portions, but I'm on the tail end of a can of loose and this is good stuff. Not an overpowering snus, just a nice mild tobacco with a slight sweetness to it. This is one I can put in and forget about it. Doesn't get nasty and any way. Does have a slight dried fruit taste, but not overpowering. I don't even really consider this a flavored snus, but just a slight variation on a straight tobacco type snus. Very nice when I don't want to get overpowered by a stronger flavored snus, as in Grovsnus, Ettan, or one of the bergamots.

Not a bight snus at all, but dark and smooth. I'm not one for eating my leather shoes, but this is a fine snus.
