I'm getting out in the mail today. How do you clean the Russian. Do I clean everything with dish soap or just boil the metal parts for awhile?

KFL's ship cleaner than R91's. With an R91, I would disassemble all the parts, wash them (put a mesh colander in the sink so you don't lose parts) & give them a soak in hot soapy water. I'd probably change the water at least once or twice. Rinse very, very well.

It's not held in there by anything when you take it apart. A lot of people lose it when they're changing coils or wicks & never realize it until after the rba is leaking like sieve. I have a blog post on rewicking a KFL/R91 with cotton (it was actually a response to another conversation, but I put in a lot of pictures which might be helpful for people new to the platform). I note in there for final assembly, look for the o-ring. Every time. Make it a habit & you'll never lose it.
Was rinsing out the top cap and watched the little booger go right down the drain. After scaring the neighbors with a Vaderesque "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!" I went to the Home Depot around the corner with the Russian and found a pack of teeny tiny orings in the plumbing section that will work as a replacement. I'd list the size, but I put em a little baggy and threw out the box they came in
but in a pinch just bring it with you and check the fit. I'm pretty sure they were the smallest orings in the plumbing section anyways. The build is easy. I downloaded vapors toolbox on my phone. That helps too. But PBusardos video is the best help. I rebuilt my igo-l following his steps for the Russian 91 and my igo-l works like a charm.

i got mine tonight cleaned it up coiled it up 1.3 topped my provari......bliss wonderful bliss nice flavor off cotton
What volts are you running that at? Isn't that kind of low for a Provari? I was shooting for 1.5 ohms.

Got it running at 1.4 ohms. Working pretty good. Strong throat hit. I think it might be the nicotine in the free juice I'm using. Not used to 12. I usually buy 6.
