I will have a tutorial to make this when next month come around (cant afford materials and this is a work in progress).Styled after the Puck mod however w a few new bells and whistles final design will have a RGB style led for indicator green for 4.8 blue for 7.2 and red for atty engage. It is a switchable 4/6 AA NiMH batt mod. I haven't been able to use 7.2 much yet(I burnt 2cartomizers and decided to wait till I sent out for some high res ones next mo). 7.2 worked awesome till they burnt (still taste burnt atty)4.8 is still good enough for now. Have a direct port cable off my towers PSU for 5v vaping am going to install the 3way RGB led and a yellow one to indicate the passthru is connected on the top sometime today.I will update pics to show lights as soon as they are installed.

Well this mod has turned into my testbed for mod ideas more than anything else I have gotten the low volt mode to 5v under load w the 4 nmh batteries and the High volt mode is showing 7volts on my current cartomizers but they are not hv cartomizers so I am loathe to vape off them in high mode as I'm sure it will have a burnt taste. I have also installed a tri-color led to indicate power is on /button is being pressed. one color was intended to tell me that it is in high mode however so far all I can get it to do is tell me it's in lo power mode. may be looking into IC controls next. prefer to keep it as simple as possible(less to go wrong)but in the interest of functionality and consistent voltage I will be doing my take on the evercool mods next. so far all of this has been done w diodes, resistors,LEDs, a switch and wire.
