So as some of my post have mentioned i am new to this. I wanted to quit all together, but that hasn't happened yet. I did cut what iw as smoking in half and have been getting less of reg smokes everyday. 2 pad to less then a pack a day now. i started with a knock off ego it is a tsunami 650 with a clero. now i have 2 1300 spinner a mini vivi (vision) and a kanger protank.. I must say wow about this protank. i love it. now i am trying a few liquids and finding what works for me. so the best i have tried for my taste is snickerdoodle cookies form mstsbakery and cinnabun from myvaporstore. looking forward to trying what i have steeping (butterscotch and caramel from mstsbakery). been a good experience so far! like to say thanks to this forum and i am glad I found for all the info i have came across and all the ones who have answered some questions that might seem, like really why would you ask that..... thanks again

Welcome and congrats and pushing forward to leaving the smokies in your past. I found that using a very strong nicotine (36mg in my case) for the first couple of days really helped me leave my cigarettes where they belonged... at the store instead of my pocket! I bought a bottle of 24mg to help me ease my way down off of the strong stuff. Haven't had a single puff in nearly a month and I feel great!

(Great choice on the 1300mah spinners too! Excellent product!)

Hello & welcome!

Although some people stop smoking immediately when they start vaping that is certainly not the case for everybody. I gradually decreased and did not stop completely for almost 6 weeks after starting vaping ... As far as I am concerned that is just fine as taking some time to transition of cigarettes sure beats smoking a pack & a half a day & noticing that was trending upwards ... Especially as I had not actually planned on quitting and just started vaping to survive a weekly "no-smoking" morning.

You are already way ahead by wanting to quit smoking!!! However you progress, you will find everone on ECF is here to support you.
