Have a new stardust, was smoking fine for one day. I now get a very irritating and burning sensation when I smoke it (instantly) in my throat. I've tried two different batteries on it, one ego variable voltage and the burning is unbearable even at the lowest (3.2v). The stardust is the new CE4 one that can be taken apart.

I've tried different liquids too, cleaned it, dry burned it (instantly saw red glowing on the ato so it's clean).

What could the problem be?

Thanks for advice.

Two questions: Have you tried something else - a carto or a different tank? Have you been vaping a lot? If you still get throat irritation when vaping with a different tank or carto then my suggestion is you've vaped a lot and got some irritation from the PG.
If it's not happening with a different carto/clearo then something's up with the stardust.
