Like many people here I was really excited about *finally* getting my DCA 306 kit. I ended up getting the starter kit because it's the only thing they had in stock for months. Well it arrived and I was super hyped. I watched many You Tube videos on it and was really excited when it came. I got my kit and since the shipping took hella' long they tosses in a free MA306 atty which I was pretty happy about. I wish I could say the excitement lasted longer.
The issue I had was the lower part of the DCA was stripped when I got it. I screwed it on the eGo battery that it came with in the kit and I noticed that it was not screwing in properly. So long story short I did not try to use it with anything else but what it shipped with because it came stripped. Now I don't know if that was a error during QA or what. I sent them a email about 2 days later telling them about the issue and even said that I am willing to pay for a new lower but so far I have yet to hear anything back from them.
Pretty depressing. They have a great product and I really wanted more of the DCA 306. The stripped lower I can ignore but I cannot ignore the fact that they never go back to me on the issue or even what they could do for a replacement. Keep in mind I was going about this as if I was the one who damaged the product so at no point was I asking for a freebie.
I'm pretty bummed. After months of waiting for this i finally get it and it's defective. emailing the company and even saying that I'll pay for a replacement regardless of whos fault it is I get no response back at all. I am just saying my experience with this company and yeah I am pretty bummed. Like i said great product I just wish I could use it as a non defective unit.
