I am so sad right now, my Vamo just died and I haven't even had it a month! I was just vaping it 10 min ago and it wouldn't fire so I put a new battery in it and it won't even turn on. :( Has this happened to anyone else? I This was my first time ordering from smoktek. I emailed them so I hope they will help me. :(

I have had zero problems with mine minus the " Not always turning on with five clicks" issue. I just dealt with that by always clicking six times lol. I even dropped mine this morning on the tile floor right in front of my door before leaving for work. It landed sideways and sounded bad. But not even so much as a scratch. I only had it in the black bag it came is so was surprised. Thought for sure the impact would of damaged the board.

But maybe you got an unlucky one. I've done a lot of reading up on these things and it seems some people have had problems with them within the first week. While others have almost completely wore off the polish with them and have had zero issues. And just to point out there has been a lot of talk about quality control of products coming from china not being consistent. And I would have to agree with it due to a few products I got with my last order. two of the five boge cartos I got with my last order had the burnt taste after filling correctly. And the same with the Vivi nova. And yes I made sure to set it to number 2 before ever firing the Vamo. But I also knew about known issues with these before I ordered them. So my fault in the end, was just looking to try new things.

As for your issue, I would just sit tight. I am sure they can work something out for you. If you don't think you can wait, and feel comfortable, there is videos on YouTube to taking these apart to customize the tubes. Maybe give that a go to see if a wire isn't connected correctly, or the button isn't making proper contact. I've also heard of the little ring on the inside of the main tube that lays around the positive connect point some times coming lose and causing issue. And maybe try to stretch the spring a little to make sure the connection is staying good. Again, for returning purposes I don't advise tampering with the product at all, but if you are feeling lucky and just cannot wait, those are a few options.

Good luck, and sorry for your loss. And I hope this doesn't turn you away from the company, my first order was only over a week ago and they rocked it. I will gladly be coming back.

Its fine, I forgot to update this thread as I posted the same thread on two other sub-forums. I think the positive connection inside the tube or on my battery was a bit dirty, I dont know which one. I took the battery out, blew in the tube wiped the battery down and now its working beautifully again and I'm so glad!!! I love this thing. As for smoktek, they seem awesome! Promptly on Monday they sent me an email with instructions on sending the device back for a new one. Great customer service!!!
