How long did it take? I stopped ordering when my order took 2 WEEKS. That was just too long with so many vendors out there get it to me in 3 DAYS. If they have addressed their wait time, I would be willing to try them again. But I am not going to wait more than 5 business days for it to be at my door.

OMG! 3 weeks??!! They would have to be the most amazing vendor in the world to wait that long. Maybe it's time to hire an extra hand. That is horrible customer service! I was going to place an order from them. I think I'll pass.

Placed an order with them yesterday, its processing now. Luckily I have a lot of juices to vape atm so I think I can handle the wait. With the 40% off code, it's a pretty good deal if you can wait.

I remember getting samples, too. And they are really nice and always answered my emails, so I think the CS is just fine, they were wonderful to me. (Of course, I wasn't busting on them every 2 days "where's my order?" either. )

Cracks me up.....That's 28 cents a ml.......yet members here consistently pay 3x that much in the classies for "used" juice. No complaints here.

No, horrible customer service is paying almost a dollar (or more) for bad and mediocre juice shipped in 3 days......that's what I've gotten from some vendors. .

I'll bite...40% off....I'm trying them for the first time...too many of my regular vendors seem to be unable to keep up with demand so I'm willing to try other vendors. I'm trying the buttery nipple, blue honey and the mocha java drizzle...I just looked at the reviews and thought I should be kind of safe....looking forward to trying and I have patience.

Me to 100$ of juice for 60 I can wait for that kind of deal also they are up front they say on their home page 7 to 10 days waiting so Im good with a vendor that is up front. The coupon code for 40% off is vapedudes

They've had the coupon code for a long time but didn't have the long wait. It's too long for me because I have to add another 10-14 days shipping time - so it would be about a month before it arrives. Shame because I do like their coffee flavors a lot. They must have got backed up. Last time I ordered from them they shipped the juice out very quickly.

I agree that by them saying up front that it will take that long, it is good service.

Also use code "fbfree" for free shipping and an additional bottle of juice. It can only be used 15 times a day I believe.. after that I guess you have to wait till it resets? I missed it... bleh. I e-mailed them, was hoping they'd give me an extra bottle free anyways even if I already paid for shipping.

I got Butterscotch pudding, Vanilla mint, Blue jitsu, Snicker Dude'L, No Bake Cake, Boston Cream Pie, and Chocolate Strawberry. If I could add more to my order I'd ask for Black Honey and Key Lime Pie. But yea.. those should do for now.

I just got mine too. Though I only ordered a tank (which came with a bottle of juice), some pre punched cartos and a 30ml of their pumpkin pie (on sale for 11.11). Anywaaayyyss, the bottle with the tank was Vanilla Coffee. Out of the mail, eehhh not too great. The pumpkin pie on the other hand is pretty good. It will probably get better with steeping but I like it already lol. Also, the bottle with the tank was supposed to only be 5 or 10ml, don't remember, but they upgraded it to 30. I also got one of the "stardust" clearos and they threw in an extra atomizer head. All-in-all I am fairly satisfied. The customer service is good but the wait time will definitely scare a lot of people away.

I placed an order on the 1st of November. Wait then was 7 days. Notified order was processing on the 7th of November and wait time is 10 days now. I won't hound them but this wait is a bit much and will definitely have an effect on any future business from me. It's too bad because I just started vaping, without a cig in 5 days so far. Plan on spending $250 a month on supplies and juice for the next few months. I'm spreading my orders around to see who gives the best service.
