My experience was that it was an excruciatingly long wait. I will say, they did warn customers in big bold red letters about the wait, but I still am not sure if I would order from this vendor again because if this long wait time. They did upgrade one of my 10ml bottles to a 30ml, which was a nice gesture, but I don't really think it makes up for it. I ordered from 3 other vendors once my vapedudes shipped, and with all 3 of the others, they were processes and shipped before I received my vapedudes order! If they get it together in the future, I would consider trying them again, but until then, no way.

I really like Vape Dudes juice and have ordered from them before but I placed an order on October 23rd, got a processing email on the 31st and still no juice. I emailed them and got an automated response, no one answers when I call and I am very unhappy. The juice I ordered was with my reward points from their website, so I didn't pay for it. Still, that absolutely ridiculous! They won't be getting any more of my money!!

That's not making this first time customer feel real good. I understand backups and I also understand busy, however, I placed an order on 3 November, money was taken on 6 November, got a mail 7 November that it was processing. E-mailed them, got the same automated response saying 10 days ... so I will give through the weekend just because I know they are busy, but that can be controlled too via the website and only take so many orders per day if necessary until all caught up. I guess I am just venting a bit because I have been spoiled by other top quality vendors (just got 2, 100ml bottles from AVE today and ordered late Saturday ... so with Veteran's Day in there, it still only took 3 days from fill to my house) Please Vape Dudes, help a sistah out!! :)

EDIT: And before I get flamed ... I am THRILLED they give first time customers 40% off ... it just seems a tad misleading that it's 7 to 10 days from processing time and I didn't get a processing letter until almost a week after placing my order. I am not hurting for juice by no means and if all the rave is true, it will be worth the wait ... I will just watch a little better next time. No disrespect what-so-ever.

I have used Vape Dudes for months without issue,,,,,they have ALWAYS gotten my order shipped in 1-3 business days,,,,,,

until 3 weeks ago,,,,,I ordered a 30 ml bottle of ice ice for my daughter and it took THREE WEEKS to get here,,we emailed and called multiple times,,,,,,

finally got a response and the item was shipped (along with a free 30 ml bottle), but geesh. That guy needs some help,,,,,,I hate to say it, but I doubt I'll order again,,,,,,,I love them,,,,,,but I am now DIY except for the ice ice,,,,,,,I'll probably figure out how to duplicate it and DIY from now on,,,,,,that's just too long to wait.

got mine today too and it took 2.5 weeks as well. I don't think I would have even considered ordering had I known that ahead of time. In their defense I will say instead of 4 10ml bottles they sent 3 10 ml's and 1 30ml. HOWEVER when I emailed them asking about this order last Saturday I never received a response.

I did get my order in ... 10 10ml sampler pack and a 30ml of the special ... the cake batter and though it took about 3 weeks to get to me, they did upgrade one of my 10ml to a 30ml, so that was pretty cool. Going to try a couple flavors today and see what my thoughts are ... they all smell fantastic, so that's a plus out the gate. Looks like they closed this past week to catch up on some orders ... if the flavors are good, next time I'll just pay better attention to the ship times they post. :)
 
I like a small company that is struggling with increased demand. They will either work it out or not. I don't know these guys at all but I do know that their marketing has kicked their production's .....
I received my order yesterday, a few weeks after ordering, to find an extra 30 ml bottle of Strawberry lemonade included. First of all - that is some really good stuff. Secondly, they are serious about doing the right thing and I hope they find a way through this; I almost envy them. Successful start ups are rarely a smooth ascention but rather a convoluted series of hiccups and glitches that somehow work out.
Yeah, I would order from them again.....

I understand the frustration of long waiting times. My only problem is I was tasting VERY few of the flavors from other vendors. I got my vapedudes order (after 2 weeks) and OMG they are GOOD!

They are training 2 more people this week and getting caught up on orders so maybe that will fix the problem *shrugs* Because I went through the buttery nipple so fast (it was to DIE for), I went ahead and placed an order for bigger bottles of the flavors I liked. I now expect a 2 week wait time until they get their guys trained. It doesn't bother me because I know up front what the wait time is and why. Should this continue, I may rethink this. I just wish other vendors juices were this good (and I have tried quite a few)!!!
 
I'm trying to take advantage of the 40% off. I setup an order in the cart with the promo code and when I went back to order it I was unable to use it. I contacted them a week ago and still have not received any feedback. Guess I'll just wait, was planning on ordering a bunch of juice from them. Anyone else have problems with slow or no response?

Yea don't expect ANY response. The juice is good, but their customer service is horrible! That's why I dont buy from them anymore! When it took a freakin month to get ONE 10ml bottle of juice and I called them a few hundred times and always got voicemail and when I would send emails I wouldn't get a response, the juice isn't THAT good. I now by elsewhere, with a vendor that I feel cares a lot about their customers!

OMG! 3 weeks??!! They would have to be the most amazing vendor in the world to wait that long. Maybe it's time to hire an extra hand. That is horrible customer service! I was going to place an order from them. I think I'll pass.

Actually, their customer service is EXCELLENT! I've dealt with Chris Snuffer (President) of the company three out of the four times that I've ordered from them IN PERSON because he delivered my orders HIMSELF! Also note that the last time I ordered from them it took about two weeks to get to my door, when it did, I had an extra pack of Cartos (tested, and cleaned) and a free upgrade from 10ml to 30ml of my FAVORITE ICE ICE Flavor from them.

He even "ok'ed" me to write my DIY Guide for their "Texas Tuff Tanks" which could CUT THEIR SALES!
On top of that he spent an hour on the phone with me one day, discussing how variable voltage, wattage, and such worked, and his pick of devices, atomizers, and the likes.

The last time he hand delivered an order to me, he took time away from his Sons BIRTHDAY PARTY to come deliver my order because I'd ran low, and needed it asap.
He had to ship the last order because they'd just recently moved to their "Commercial" location on the other side of town, and They are in the process of hiring more people, but at the moment there are only three of them. I have actually talked with Chris a few times about being able to show him I'm worth the opportunity. Hopefully one day I'll be given the shot when my daughter's old enough to get put into Daycare (1 1/2yrs old is minimum in Dallas, Tx area I live in.)

We'll see; but YES! Vape Dudes has AWESOME flavors, and they're a great vendor.

Actually, I haven't ordered from them in a long time; it's been almost two months since I placed an order with them. If anything it's their bulk orders that are causing them to take so long. That, coupled with the fact that they make all their fluid from scratch, and don't pre-mix anything, steep it in warehouse for 24 hours, and shipping = time...
Time that I just never have, really. That's why I got into DIY; but their customer service IS top notch in my opinion.

how long is it taking now?

I made my first order Saturday with this vendor. Was a little worried because of some bad shipping reviews I had read but also some good ones saying this issue has since been resolved. Well good news, my wife just called and told me my Buttery Nipple and Blue Honey are at the house as I type this, the bad I'm stuck at work for a least another 8 hours

how is the Dr Venkman? i like Ecto Coolers but if it were closer to Ecto PLASMA, that would rock socks.

I just got mine too. Though I only ordered a tank (which came with a bottle of juice), some pre punched cartos and a 30ml of their pumpkin pie (on sale for 11.11). Anywaaayyyss, the bottle with the tank was Vanilla Coffee. Out of the mail, eehhh not too great. The pumpkin pie on the other hand is pretty good. It will probably get better with steeping but I like it already lol. Also, the bottle with the tank was supposed to only be 5 or 10ml, don't remember, but they upgraded it to 30. I also got one of the "stardust" clearos and they threw in an extra atomizer head. All-in-all I am fairly satisfied. The customer service is good but the wait time will definitely scare a lot of people away.

agreed. the pumpkin pie is fantastic! that was a big holiday vape for me. i couldnt stop vaping it.
