I had some problems with vapes before, but I'd often find a solution on some forums, but right now I've reached dead end and have no idea what to do with my ecig.
When filled with ejuice and started it doesn't produce vapor what so ever.
The battery seems fine. It's chargeable and when the button is pressed it lights up.
So first I thought the problem is in the coil, so I unscrewed it and changed it, but it still won't work. Then, after searching online I read that it might be the cap on the battery that is messing up, but after liting it up for 1mm the problem remains the same.
The thing is that I don't know the name or the model of this vape, tried searching it online but no luck. I'll post a couple of the pics of it and hopefully someone will know what I should do. 15271693_1237675299630749_20014375_o.jpg 15292647_1237675522964060_22669186_o.jpg 15293420_1237675332964079_544041330_o (1).jpg

Could be that the pin on the atomizer (tank) isn't making contact with the battery. Turn the tank upside down, and you'll see the bottom pin of the coil. Use a pair of tweezers and gently pull that out just a wee bit...not too far or it will fall out!
I Thought that too, so i tried taking kanthal wire and just pressing is against the battery and lighting it up, but the kanthal coil isn't heating at all

Wow! Is that a hybrid of some sort? Very cool design. Anyway looks like it uses an 18650 battery which is a good thing. Agree with advice given so far. Make sure power is getting from battery to coil. A volt-ohm meter will be handy for that. Each connection until you find culprit. Sounds like it uses pre-built coil. What brand/type? How many ohms?

I loved the design too, and the fact that it has 2200 mah battery is great. Also the price was great(15 Euros) and it was brand new. It hasn't got any initials or markings that would indicate the brand. I'm quite new to this so I don't know anything about ohms at all.
I tried the tips given but still no help.

I presume you do not own a volt ohm meter sake? Would make checking unit and coil so much easier. Also, best to not to dead short battery other than momentarily if you can avoid it. Not sure how to have you proceed but basically you need to check for power where base connects to tank, for continuity on the tank side of connection, then make sure connection between base and tank is good. Not sure at this point how to have you proceed without a meter so will step aside and hopefully someone who has a vape like yours will jump in and offer guidance. My sense your device is not sub-ohm, and your battery if it came with the unit is fine for the coil. The coil should be marked with a number like 1.5 then ohm symbol. Good luck with the troubleshooting, hope you have backup device to use in meantime.

Dead shorting a battery even momentarily is a bad idea. And that battery isn't safe chemistry, and likely really low discharge. Not to mention that it's probably old. Manufacturers don't always know that much about batteries, unfortunately, and battery tech has advanced quite a lot in the last years.

Are we sure this is a liquid vaporizer?

Or some version of this?

I think you're right JW. Not same but along that type of ecig. Looks like ego connection, refillable tank, prolly uses a high ohm proprietary coil. The screwdriver used 3 ohm cartomiser with 510 connection. The Europe guys will be online soon and this is much more up their alley to deal with.

Yup. Well I have seen these sorts of e-cigs.
They are generic tube mods similar to the eGo-T 18650 from a few years ago.
The tank is less common, but the distinctive bulb shape is recognizable as not many people sold them.
Sadly, although it was a fair price at 15 euros, it's at the lower end of the quality scale.
It could serve a good purpose, but I worry about the cost of the coils and also the battery.
The eGo-T (Joyetech) operated at 3.2v unless you used the control head in unregulated mode.
I have lent to eGo-T out to some vapers as it takes the classic CE4 clearomizers now widely available in shops (bargain shops) for £1.99. It works, but it's just an introduction. I have used it with 16mg liquid (also £1.99) and, well... it's OK.
Long term, even if the battery holds up (it's not IMR, so less safe) I would worry about servicing the tank part.
It might be worth finding a supply of basic clearomisers (auction sites?) either disposable or replacement coils type.

I see that this wasn't my best choice to buy... I don't have any other vapes at home since the last one I had broke 3 months ago and I didn't buy a new one. I've been looking online and not sure what to buy, so I'd like to ask for some recomendations. So like what should I buy, what battery to look for, what tank to take. I'm looking for something that would produce a lot of vapor, and that would last me for some time. Something rebuildable

Many approaches to the issue...
Please share your location so we may suggest products that you could actually acquire.

Your battery device has some "protection" features.
Push the button with NO atomizer "should" result in 3 to 5 SLOW flashes.
Push the button with a "short" or shorted atomizer "should" result in 3 to 5 FAST flashes.
Push the button and Jam a screwdriver into the 510 and HARD short "Should" result in the SAME 3-5 FAST flashes.

Results that differ will reveal where the issue(s) lay.

Cheers

Can you say where you are from? Are you looking to buy from a specialist online e-cig shop or off a general website like amazon or ebay?

What's not suitable about it so I know what not to buy?
The chemistry is ICR (lithium cobalt). Volatile (flamable), not safe chemistry, low drain application (flashlights).

You want IMR (lithium manganese) or INR (lithium nickle) chemistry. These are safer chemistry and high drain (higher current).
