All the led's still work but will not produce vapor anymore.

I'm a pretty new vaper (about 5 weeks) and I love Smokeless Image and was hoping it was going to be MY place. My 2 78's that came with my starter kit are still going great. I'm sure it was just a bad battery and can get a quick replacement.

I had my system all figured out. My 78's for work and out and about and my X2 for at home at my desk. Now I'm sort of panicky. As it, of course, happened on a Saturday night I have to wait until Monday to figure out what can be done.

Anyone have problems with the X2 and if so what was Smokeless Image's response?

Welcome, I'm glad your other batteries are working so you won't have to go without until you get your replacement. SI is very responsive when it comes to exchanges. They might have you double check a few things first just to make sure it really is broken. Several times it turns out maybe it just isn't making connection to the carto and a minor adjustment will take care of that. But once the usual suspects have been eliminated, they'll instruct you on how to exchange it. Not to worry :)

Check to make sure no juice has leaked on the top of the battery if it has clean it good because that will stop it from working. Sid you try it in Passthrough? If all else fails get in touch with SI and they will take care of it. I have 3 X2 1300s and the only problem I've had is juice on the battery post from overfilling the clearo but as soon as I wipe it off it worked fine again. I also use mine as a passthrough when at home because it vapes a little hotter and better.

Sitting down, facing forward.
You haven't said if you have tried adjusting the battery post. If you haven't, use a small sharp implement, I use a dental pick, to "lift" the post in the center of the battery just a tiny little bit. The problem happens when cleaning the battery by being a little overzealous and putting too much pressure on that little post (or button) and pushing it too far down to make contact with the cartridge or clearo, personal experience. It can happen if the cartridge/clearo has a center post sticking out a little to far which, when that cartridge/clearo, is tightened onto the battery does the same thing.

Is this an automatic or manual battery?

If a manual, you are aware of the 5-click cut-off/cut-on feature? I remember once using an X2 manual and it stopped working. I then remembered about the feature, clicked it 5 times, and it worked. I have no idea how it turned off, because I never used that feature regularly.
