Well, finally today, 3 days later got an email asking if I knew how to use them??!!! Duuuhhhh! Since then no response after I replied. Beginning to doubt their customer service!!!
Well, you've had a bad experience. Definitely sorry to hear that Dean71. SI has had a huge growth spurt in the last month and they've had to hire new folks. It takes me the better part of a day to catch up on around 100 emails at work if I miss a day, I can only imagine how many emails SI gets, as it must be a lot if they are trying to process better than 300 orders a day now. Add the fact they are working on quality control - have spoken it and said they want the best for their customers - and they are working on changing their liquids to USA made instead of China made and at the same time trying to make sure their customers get the flavors they want, training new personnel to work on shipments, they've had to stretch their folks to help with other areas... well, hell. It is really unfortunate that your first experiences with SI are during a time of growing pains. Most of it has been due to customer requests, that they bring on certain items and offer more and more choices. I really want to assure you that it is going to be better first thing tomorrow, but I can't. This is the first time in 6 months I've had to put aside instant gratification and wait, but I understand why.
