myvaporstore.com RMA issues? What's your experience been?

Been into vaping for a while now, using a Ego style pen and carts. Recently decided to upgrade to a Vamo V5 as my first mod and chose Myvaporstore as a a vendor because they are a reputable dealer.

HOWEVER, Yesterday I received my order which consisted of the following:

Vamo V5 (no issues here freeking love the adjustable voltage and versatility, love it)
2x Efest Batts (no issues here)
Iclear 30B (Love it - brings out subtle flavors of Hawk Sauce I hadnt noticed before, looking forward to revisiting old flavors)
Efest SODA charger (DOA - will not work in any outlets in my home... but will work in my car)
Kanger Protank2 (ordered smoke black and it came Clear - didnt realize it was clear until it was opened, hopefully they will still accept it as a return)

So basically I am using fossil fuel to charge my VAMO and using the old cartos from my Ego, and I'm less than excited, I want everything to JUST WORK :vapor:. I contacted their customer service email to initiate an RMA yesterday during their business hours and still have not heard anything, now its getting close to their closing time and it looks like another day will have gone by without response (checked spam folders).

Question - Whats your experience with Myvaporstore.com? Quick easy returns and exchanges? what about opened products like my kanger2? And what the heck will I do when I send the charger... hope that my batteries last long enough for them to receive the defective charger and ship a replacement?

how long the batteries will last depends on you. I can kill 2 18650's in a vamo each day, my wife 1 18650 will last 2 days. she likes lower voltage and higher ohm, I prefer higher voltage and lower ohm's.

if in a pinch this website is very handy for locating a near by brick and mortar you can always stop by and grab stuff in an emergency. USA Ecigarette Directory

I got an ohm/volt meter from them that wasn't working. With nothing attached, it would be giving me random readings. I emailed them at info@myvaporstore.com with my order number and issue. They emailed me back with a question. I responded. They emailed again with an attached USPS label for me to send it back to them. This was all in the 24 hours or so after I received the package.

I mailed the meter back to them, they sent me a new one (or possibly fixed the old one) and it's been all good.

Great experience with them. I will continue to order from them.

UPDATE:

Ben from MVstore just hit me up and is sending a charger and smoke black Kanger pyrex glass fitting. A+ service from these guys, I even got a new tracking number to watch my package move from NY to CA. I was a little put off at first but they did reply to my inquiry within 24 hours and sent an advance replacement SODA charger (above and beyond what I was expecting). Once it arrives I will ship back the busted SODA machine, which is amazing because now I'll have zero downtime without a charger.

So first time buyer from MVstore.... Satisfied!
