Well, hard to say. I'd say (from my limited experience) you could blow out the atomizer. Hold it over a napkin and blow into the battery end. I'm always careful when "dabbing" an atomizer tube in the business end because I'm afraid of damaging that mesh on the bridge. Besides, if there is
juice pooled in there it will be pooled down around the tube at the bottom of that bridge where whatever you're dabbing with isn't going to reach. Blowing it out should be fine. It will get wicked up that mesh on the bridge eventually right? So maybe that only reason to blow it out would be if it's flooded to where it isn't producing vapor. I'll blow mine out (when I drip and drip too much) when it gurgles.
Sometimes I will just pull the mouthpiece off and wipe the outside of it where it sticks in the atomizer tube. The flat spots where the air goes on the outside to get to the mouthpiece hole. Vapor will condense there and form drops... maybe only if it's flooded down around the atomizer?
