My first thought after looking at him was "Charlie" as in Charlie Chaplin (I have no idea, but that's what came to me). My second thought was "Pyewackett", a very old name for a cat, and one that I named a black&white cat that I dearly loved as a teenager. I called him "Pye" for short.
