6½ wraps (each) 26G A-1 Kanthal around standard paperclip

Both sides of my RM2 are drilled to 1/8". Fuse mod and brass firing pin installed.

I really like the position of the coil that's furthest from squonk hole on a single coil you would have the airhole right on the coil with less length on the the coils legs and also you not obstructing the path of the juice, but for the life of me I cant seem to get the original airhole to line up, with either one of the 3 dif size O-rings, might try two O-rings or if not I don't know if ptfe tape would melt :s

buy an undrilled top from Rob or a Triangle RBA from EmprireMods and put the air hole where you want it.

The Beast is correct. I have 5 spare caps. Two of them aren't even drilled yet.

Also, personally, I like a little leg on my coil. I find I get the best vape if the coil is *right* behind the air hole. Create a thread with some pictures of where your coil and air hole sit. We will be able to solve the problem. I promise.

Whats the difference in nano and micro coil?

micro is 1/16 id and nano is smaller normally on paperclip or big safety pin

1/16 is about 1.5mm and nano is 1mm or less

Hopefully Super X Drifter will pop in and post his print out of sizes etc as I cant find it

Just built my first dual nano coil build with 28 Kanthal. On a 1.1mm paperclip (measured with calipers), still was able to put cotton ball wick through it. Best build yet. 0.5 ohms, 12 wrap dual coils. They make me smile too............

Very easy to wrap on a paperclip, no problems at all, and instant heat. I've got dual 1/8" holes in my Patriot clone as well..........

I have been getting a loss of flavor with super small nano coils. My new favorite by far...



The Clapton as its been dubbed. 28g wrapped around 24g and both wires together to build the coil. This one is .36 and has vapor and flavor galore!

This build was tearing up my throat, but my pro-buddies at the B&M were convinced it was my juice, not the build itself.

Sure enough, after dropping from 0.8% nicotine to 0.4%, I couldn't be happier.
