No one has mentioned yet that exhaling the vapor can actually help you "taste" the flavor of your e-liquid.
Years of smoking damage your taste buds. Until they begin to heal, especially for new vapors, you might not be able to distinguish between one flavor or the next, or the same flavor will taste different after the taste buds heal. So a flavor that became your go-to flavor early in your vaping experience may become just so-so. Or just the opposite can happen; a distasteful flavor my suddenly become a favorite weeks later.
Our sense of taste is greatly influenced my our sense of smell. You can relate to this perhaps better by recalling how food tastes bland during a bad head cold. Blocked nasal passages prevent the nose from using the aroma of food and sending it to the brain. This is an often unmentioned benefit of nasal exhalation of vapor.
you are the first person that has answered my question on if it is any better than just exhaling through the mouth. i am now determined to figure out a way to make it work for me! im gunna start by ordering lower nic levels once my juices run a little lower (i currently have about 250ml of 24mg just sitting around, with more on its way) and then just always blow out my nose to get in the habit.
