i tried to just vape out the primer, but no bueno. i am now gonna try to boil them... wish me luck. and why is it that only my new 510 attys have this nasty flavor?
It's the primer giving you that nasty taste. Just give them a good rinsing in hot water, blow them out, and let them dry. If you can't wait to use them, do a real quick burn dry, prime it with juice and vape away!

As others have mentioned, it's primer and yes it tastes nasty. Not all 510 atty's come with it but alot do. I usually blow them out when I first get them and then either use 0 nic juice to prime it or some juice that I don't mind wasting. Then I'll puff on it a few times, add more juice and then puff some more until it's gone. Rinsing works too.

this happend to me, what i had to do to get them to taste right is dry hit 2 or 3 times then soak in isp. alch. 90% for 5 min. then fill the atty with the isp. alch. 90% and let drip out the batt. end of the atty, repet untill it stops dripping out and streams out, then let dry for about 3 to 5 hours then prime it with about 5 drops of e-juice and all should be well. i think there is a you tube video on this proccess as well. any questions please feel free to ask.
