I just got a couple of new 510 atty's (LR 1.5-1.7 ohm Bauway) and I'm having "issues" with them. The first one I used got really hard to draw through within 2 weeks. So I set it aside for a good drain and opened the other one. I've blown it out, dripped and blown again and again, but the taste is just NASTY!!! I've set it aside and went back to the one that came with my Riva kit way back in May. It's not working real well, but at least I can stand the flavor.
I thought about cleaning it with some alchohol, but the last time I did that, my favorite Riva battery fried out. I've been having so many issues with atty's that I've just ordered carto's for my Riva's and my 801. I'm sick of wasting money!!!
Why would a brand new atty taste so awful? Should I contact the vendor and try to get a refund/exchange?
Thanks!
