Hello guys, Today I did my 1st coil, Followed Rip's video. Excellent instruction
I used a 5/64th screwdriver shaft and 28 gauge Kanthal, 8 wraps I think, Organic cotton
It all went together just fine, I primed the coil with a couple drops, Loaded the tank and let it set for 1/2 hour.
Put it on my MVP and my Ohms are 1.4. It vapes just fine so far, havent pushed it too hard yet
I'm not really sure I understand everything just yet. Is the 1.4 ok or should I be looking for 1.6 or 1.8 ohms
Also I noticed after he wrapped his coil he held it in the tweezers and got it red hot with a small torch.
what does that achieve? I did the same, but I had to use my triple torch cigar lighter, which was less heat I assume
