Okay guys,

Got a new head for my nautilus today after having issues making my own microcoil (going to get a blowtorch)

Put the head in like normal, let it sit for 30 minutes. Took a puff, instant horrible burnt taste. Took the head out and the top wick was dry. So I primed it and let it sit for a bit. Great flavour after doing that.

But the more puffs I took the more muted it tasted and now it's tasting burnt again. Took the head out and the top wick is dry again.

So for some reason it's not wicking.

Any ideas as to why?

Ok.

So I got a replacement head today and the EXACT same thing is happening. It's just not wicking. Works perfect if I prime it, but after 10 or so puffs I start getting a burning taste. Take a look at the coil and wick and it's bone dry.

Surely I couldn't of got two bad heads in a row!! I did get them from the same place so maybe they got a bad batch, but it seems very unlikely.

Is there anything else that could be causing this?
