Come on! I wouldn't go that far..Just pointing out his marvelousness!
So I finally got back to working on that nova head.....took the ss wick and did a couple juice burns.....wrapped a new coil on it, I did NOT double the legs....put it all back together....no hot spots, all the coils lit up at pretty much the same time....put it all back together and it's working.....2.6ohms......not much flavor.....Nothing close to when I first did it and had it working for a few minutes....Don't know why the off flavor.....almost kinda like a burnt taste

It's possible you burned the wick a little too much and have some of that charred flavor. That should go away after a tank or so, while the wick and coil break in..
I would vape through it for upwards of 2 tanks, before saying "forget it!"
I just checked my batt, after 4 hours its up to 3.6v

So, 4 hours later and it only charged it from 3.3v-3.6v? That's still quite slow..At that rate, it will take 12 hours. Something isn't right there
Kinda what happened to me after I got all of my RAs.. Then jen didn't want to use her Bolt and now the Nova just sits there..
