Jebus. Is this how it's going to be on every Lavatube thread? The Provari is better?

Just got mine today and while I haven't had an issue with the connector (besides it being a little crooked, which is easily fixed.) the button sticks. Contacted Volcano and they jumped on the problem right away, and are in the process of setting up an RMA. That's the big thing with a device like this. We know the quality isn't going to be the same as the more expensive competitors, but if the Customer Service is there then we still win, and save some $$$ too.

Care to tell us people in the dark how to fix a crooked 510 connector on a LT? That was one of my main reasons for getting rid of it.
