Wow, I just got done listening to Becky rip some jerk off a new .... hole! I was ready to grab the phone and rip him one too!
Long story short, Becky ordered some stuff for Christmas from kmart.com. When she ordered it wasn't showing that it went
through, so she submitted the order again. She ended up getting charged twice, she tried calling and canceling right away but they wouldn't let her. Told her when the package shows up to refuse one of them, and when it gets back they will refund the debit card for it.
She refused one of the packages when it showed up and a few days later they refunded her money....but only part of it. They shorted it $24. She called them at the end of December and the lady she didn't know why only part of it was refunded, but she put in a request to have the rest of it refunded. Well last week it still wasn't refunded and hadn't heard anymore, so she called back. Explained everything again, this time a lady tells her someone will call her back within 24 hours.....This was last Friday and still haven't heard anything. So...she calls back again tonight, ends up talking to a "supervisor" who tells her that she needs to send them a copy of our bank statement for the last month to prove that the full amount wasn't deposited!
That was when she lost it! He kept telling her that they couldn't do anything until she proved that the full amount didn't get refunded! You can't tell me they can't look up how much they refunded to the account? I about grabbed the phone from her at this point! I'm sorry, but I am not gonna send them a copy of my bank statement!! If we was trying to screw them over we would have told them the full amount didn't get refunded!
