Make up some cook religion and get it recognized. One of the tenets could be an observation "between" those two days each week. Employers would have to abide and you could live each week on your clock!

usually a very generous bonus.
Everybody gets x...then added $ based on the number of overtime hours.
we have guys that "can't" ever work overtime but cry that the guys in our department get 3 to 4 times what they get.
