They were pretty good. My partner made a bunch of them and brought them in for us! The bbq place in Malcolm makes them and they are pretty good! They just take a whole jalapeño and cut the top off, fill it with a cream cheese mixture and wrap a whole slice of bacon around it, then he smokes them!

Maybe today won't be as bad.as I anticipated.

I'm sure it will drag because you will be working the entire time..But KC isn't that bad of a place. Used to enjoy the night life quite a bit, there.

Haven't tried ceramic wick, but have heard good things about it! I would have to say that the 3/32 would be a good fit. Haven't measured the wick hole, but I have to roll mesh pretty tight to get it in there..
